New Uses for Household Items

One of my goals for the next month is to post each day of July about a List of 10 dealing with a personal finance or money saving idea topic.

Below are 10 ideas of using household items for other purposes.

1)      New uses for spice racks here and here.

2)      Wine glass rack from an old rake.

3)      Wine rack used as a towel holder.

4)      Lid storage ideas here and here.

5)  Use old molding as Shoe storage

6) Turn cereal boxes into photo mats

            7) Make a dry erase board from a photo frame.

8)      Turn a garbage can upside to use as a side table

9)      Turn an old dresser into a doll house

10)   Here are a couple uses for old tires, teeter totter and planter and planters.

If you don’t have these things on hand, you may be able to find some of them at thrift stores.
